Valley Accident Law, PLLC (“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact us or complete a form on this website, which may include your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your legal matter. We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential legal matter, provide customer care, schedule appointments, send case updates and requested documents, and communicate with you about your matter. We do not sell your personal information.
Contact Forms
When you submit a contact or intake form, the information you provide is sent to the Firm so we can respond to your request. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include confidential or time-sensitive details in a form submission until you have been retained and an attorney-client relationship is confirmed in writing.
Email Communications
If you email us or provide your email address, we may use it to respond to you and to send information related to your inquiry or matter. Email is not a secure method of communication. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information by email.
Cookies and Analytics
This website may use cookies and third-party analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its performance. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Some features of the site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
The tools this website uses are Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which measure visits and form submissions; Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll, click and move through pages (session recordings and heatmaps) so we can improve the site; and Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form, which checks that a submission comes from a person and not an automated program. These providers process data under their own privacy policies: Google at policies.google.com/privacy and Microsoft at microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
SMS and Mobile Information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will never be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to receive text messages from the Firm, your participation is governed by our SMS Terms of Service. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Attorney-Client Disclaimer
The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. Contacting the Firm or submitting information through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after both you and the Firm sign a written agreement.
