Charles Paglialunga, Attorney and Founder of Valley Accident Law

Charles earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington and his law degree at Seattle University School of Law.

His own description is direct: “For the last 32 years I have been an advocate for those with claims against insurance companies, drug companies, and medical device manufacturers.” Many of the cases he has worked on, he says, involved very bad behavior by corporate defendants and individuals who likely deliberately concealed information about how their products could harm people.

He puts the reason plainly: “I believe the cases I handle make everyone safer by providing justice for my clients and education and accountability for those who injure them. It’s important that bad actors compensate the people they harm.”
