These SMS Terms of Service govern the text messaging program operated by Valley Accident Law (“the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Our text messaging program is used for customer care messaging only. Messages may include appointment reminders, case updates, requests for documents, and responses to questions about your legal matter. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
You will only receive text messages from the Firm after you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms and providing your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of hiring the Firm or obtaining legal services.
Message frequency varies based on your matter and your interactions with the Firm.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from this program. To rejoin, opt in again through one of our forms.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
